For guests
The small things that turn a week away into a vacation to remember.
What it feels like
Recommendations from people who actually live here, before you arrive and once you're in town: which beach suits your morning stroll, where to find the best tacos, the closest groceries, and good coffee. We are just a message away.
Concierge Services
Arranged with a driver we use ourselves. Puerto Vallarta is approximately 45 minutes away.
Coffee, milk, fruit, cold beer, whatever you want waiting. Send us a list and it will be there.
Someone meets you in person, shows you how things work, and answers all your questions.
On request, with people we use ourselves. Tell us before you arrive and it will be arranged.
With local instructors and skippers we trust. Patient with first-timers, great on the water, and people we’re happy to send our own friends to.
Whenever it suits you, not on a fixed day. Just say the word.
While you are here
Most things need about a day's notice. We pass on what the provider charges - concierge is a service, not a margin.
Good to know
PVR airport is about 45 minutes to both Sayulita and Punta Mita. You'll find taxis, rideshare, and buses right at the airport, or we can arrange round-trip transportation for you.
Not from the tap, unless your rental has a filtration system installed. Every rental includes large 5-gallon jugs of water for cooking and drinking.
Most of Sayulita is walkable, but a golf cart is the best way to see more of it. Let us know and we'll arrange one for your stay.
We can have a stocked fridge ready for your arrival, a private chef to cook in-house meals, surf lessons, massages, horseback rides, or a day out on the water. Tell us what you want or need and we'll arrange it.
Most restaurants, small vendors, and some activities only take cash, in pesos. More places accept cards every year, but leave your USD and CAD at home, exchanging it here won't get you a good rate. Get your pesos before you travel: your own bank will beat what you'll find in town, and local ATMs often run dry on weekends and during busy holidays.
Don't see what you need? Ask anyway. The answer is usually yes.
