How we started
Playa Lux started with one house and a founder who treats hosting like a family custom, not a transaction. Efren grew up in the Bay and has spent fifteen years in hospitality, and every home we represent is chosen the way he'd choose one for his own family. Today that's grown into a small collection of houses, condos, and casitas around Sayulita and Punta Mita: some we rent out, some we manage for owners who live elsewhere, but the standard hasn't changed.

Every home gets a deep clean between stays, with linens changed and everything checked, so what you walk into is actually ready, not just tidied up.
